Hmmmmmmmmm...we've had out share of "science projects" as DD and I have taken to calling them in our refrig too.

WOO-HOO! THANK YOU CHRISTINE~~ it's ZERO right here now!! I can't wait til Thursday.

I just wish this darn sinus congestion would go away. Seven days now.... no fever or headache so I don't think it's an infection, but all this OTC "stuff" says not to take for more than 3-7 days (stuff makes me jittery anyway). Might give the doctor's office a buzz today and see if they are open...........

we are going to travel to Portland again today..........we went yesterday and office max in portland is shutting down so we need a shredder and a few plus r's..........hahaha..or is it minus r's......oh well those things.........it is cold here still today.......and it is school vacation.......my grandkids are now all healed so they could go to Lost Valley today....but it is to darn cold to even try.......they love to snowboard .......that is how granddaughter hurt herself......falling on your wrists is not good.....I bet the Portland Mall is full of people today.......maybe it isn't a good idea to go there afterall.........oh well......hope you all have a great day.......72 days till disney.......I can handle a few more days of chilly willy weather.,,

i am so jealous of anyone heading off to the World before i can! hope you guys all have fun on your respective trips!!

i sobbed last night...i was all wrapped up in my next to the last episode of my very favorite show...sex and the city...oh i hate to see my show end!

we're thinking about getting a companion for jasmine. my parents have 8 dalmatians...mostly males...but they're all adult dogs. we're thinking about taking one off of their hands once we're able to put in a fence though. there is now way that i want to take one of those monsters outside on a leash in this weather! jasmine, i can handle...she goes out, does her business, and comes in. these big brutes...they play...we're gonna take her up to see my parents this weekend...we'll see how she reacts and how any of them react to her.

she had her first vet visit saturday...healthy little girl! she was so not happy about all of the poking and prodding though...lol...then she got her toenails clipped...walked around the pet store for a bit...she was so tired afterwards that she feel asleep in matthew's arms as we drove home. she was so sweet...

trying to talk matthew into getting a new digital camera...cross your fingers for me!

Well I got all the laundry done, some cleaning, bills, no packing ...... doctor's office was open and saw the nurse early this afternoon....she said I had a lingering cold (aI KNEW that ) but didn't think there was any need for antibiotics unless I still feel this way Wednesday, in which case she'll call in something before I leave Thursday.

yep. my parents and i each took one of the females from a litter when they were born. that was my gypsy and mom and dad had heidi. then they got jazz...a male from someone...don't know where they got him...but they went ahead and bred their two dals. they ended up with a litter of 9 puppies! prior to their births, my parents had all sorts of homes lined up for them...but as soon as they were born, people backed out. so they were stuck with all eight plus their first two. so they had 11 altogether! they eventually found homes 3 of the females. the males are all way to aggressive. they have to keep them separated at all times. they have 6 males and 2 females now. they're all about 5 years old i think...they've converted one of the bedrooms into individual dog pens. so 5 of the males can be in there together without killing each other and the other 3 stay out in mom and dad's room. they rotate them so that each one gets time out in the living room for attention. it's really a nightmare sometimes...

so that's why we're considering taking one from them. even one dalmatian gone would help them out! we're looking at one of the males...we'll see how they interact with jasmine this saturday! but again...if it works out, we won't take him until spring.

i need a vacation...i saw a commercial for ATA sale fares. i'm so tempted...i'm trying to wait til november...the only way we'd go earlier than that is if i get pregnant...oh how i'm hoping to have to move this trip up!!!!!

I have been talking with my sister and we are definitely going to WDW next summer...I know this summer would be better BUT.....she is saving and wants to go all out on this as she has NEVER been before....my niece is going too and her kids......and I am just so excited....I love going with people who have never been.....its like seeing it for the first time again.....thru their eyes......and especially my sister who has never done much of anything
as soon as we pick the week....I'll be putting in a one those day counter thingies...YIPPEE!!!
Gosh I'll have so much planning to do !!!! and many months to do it....this is going to be fun!!!

of course this isn't to say that I and my family won't end up there sooner
