Brandie....I always hated going to the doctor too...I never went even when sick...I only went to my OB/GYN annually cuz I have had precancerous conditions so I never put that off.....BUT one of my New Year's resolutions this year was to stop procastinating especially with my health....now I've been at the doctor this year more times than in the last 20 years....its really not bad once you find one you like

Hello all...I have had some family things keeping me busy lately. I hope that everyone is doing well not to sticky and have power soon. Picked some dates for our first family vacation to DW!!!!! YIPPEEE!!!!!

I'm here at my office. I actually left last night, walked down 25 floors worth of stairs, and walked to Port Authority. Gave up and walked back to the office when it started getting a little wild - people were trying to block the buses that did manage to come. Scary stuff!

Thankfully, I made it back to the office, and someone saw me outside and let me know that we had limited emergency power and food, and the freight elevator was working. I slept (sort of) in a chair in the cafeteria.

Tran service is limited, and they're saying NO buses out of Port Authority - I'm going to hope for the best, try for a train and take a cab home - wish me luck!!

You gave me my second smile of the morning when I read that you thought *I* caused the outage by spraying my screen after reading all those "sweet and innocent" comments.

I may not come in on Monday, so this may be my last time at a computer before heading to WDW. After the past day, I'm DEFINITELY ready to go!

i didn't go to the doctor after all last night...when i left work, it was a horrendous downpour outside. visibility was at about 2 feet! it was awful...i just wanted to get home. i did call my mom though and she has had something similar. her doctor told her it was eczema. i don't know if that's what this is or not, but we decided to continue treating it as we have been. it happened last year and went away after about a week of treatment. if it doesn't go away, then i'll go in and see a doctor about it. but it looks like it's about ready to burst now...so that means it's about to go away. at least that's what it did last year...

yippie!!!! it's friday!!! thank goodness...

that was pretty funny thinking that gail caused the outage. hehe...and ann...that was an interesting, um, song you had going there!

and hey scrapsnut!!!!! where in the heck have you been???? log on so we can catch up soon... i wanna know how the boys (all 3 of them ) are doing!

Good afternoon, all! Just getting on after a day of scrapping BigThunder and staring at World Showcase pics for hours, with no idea what to do with them. In the end, I decided to give up and post here, instead.

Gail---Just in case you peek in--Have a great trip!! I am so glad you were able to make it back to your office safely. (I am so glad I live in a small sleepy town, where very little ever happens)

Took DD for her senior pics tonight.....almost 90 minutes in the park at the end the day........the light was beautiful, she was beautiful ....... 3 different outfits...shots by the pond, in and around the trees, stone walls and a bridge, and even some in the playground.......including one (which will never make the yearbook) upside down on the monkey bars with the belly ring showing . Other shots were just so pretty it took my breath away and made me cry waaaaaahhhhh I just know I'll end up buying all the proofs (36!) and spend a fortune on prints for people.......
