the house is coming along...we just went and told them what colors, counters, windows, carpet, etc that we want. now we wait for the construction manager to call. we'll have a pre construction meeting and then about 2 weeks later, they begin building! we still anticipate closing in december!

thanks! we are all excited! matthew's already got a list of "upgrades" we're doing once we actually move in. we took standard on most everything that we wanted to change ourselves later. we're changing doors...cabinets...flooring...lights
...and we've begun looking for paint colors. i am bound and determined NOT to have a stark white interior in this house!! we plan to paint the downstairs and most likely our room and bath immediately. we already know what colors we want in those areas. downstairs will be a kind of italian vineyard wine kind of theme...we plan to use darker purples, greens, browns, yellows, etc down there. already have our couches picked out! up in our room, it'll be like a polynesian tropical kind of theme. yellows, light browns, oranges, greens, and a touch of reds...it'll be our "escape"! as far as the rest of the house goes...we have no idea...lol

I am on my second cup of get up and go coffee.....lsat night we had some wicked thunder boomers and downpours.....the torrential type.....part of the back yard behind our fences are in the driveway....good sale at JC pennys....men bathing suits are marked down from 38 dollars to ten .....hubby needed a few more for Disney.....hahaha.....he already has two that are disney suits and some that are swim in Maine suits......so whats up for today.....be back later....phone call.......

ok...all these posts from Sue weren't just a fantasy, were they?


matthew went and took his "entrance" exams for school last night! it looks like he's doing the online program through ivy tech. and i'm glad he's doing this online! we had to go down to the indy campus last night and it is yucky!! the building we were in looked incredibly old and decrepid. reminded me of a very old hospital. there's some slight confusion as to when he'll be able to start, but hopefully, he'll get that taken care of today.

ok...last year at this time, i discovered some nasty blistery welt thing on my arm. i kept saturating it with benadryl thinking that it was possibly a nasty bug bite or hives...i chalked it up to hives due to the upcoming wedding and all...well, i woke up this morning and it's BACK!!! what the heck is this???? it's itchy and bumpy and all red...it's in the exact same spot as last year's and it hit about the same time! any ideas???

Poohsie, your sources (and souces...sauces...) are indeed correct - I'm heading off to WDW in SIX DAYS - woohoo! I only wish some more of my c/l buds would be there, too... But I do think Christine will make it over, and I'll just wager SSB may be around at some point.

Marie - by the sounds of it, your hubby may need another suit for backyard swimming.

Brandie - ick! I hate seeing the lumpy bumpies! Devin had some all around his mouth and on his wrists last week. They're gone now, after a trip to the doctor, some Zyrtec and about a week's worth of time, but ugh! I went through a loooonggg period of time where he had ringworm that was stubborn as all hell. I was dreading its return, but he's not going to the daycare center or around the same kids that I believe contributed to the problem. Maybe it's just nerves about the house for you??

Debbie, I have a feeling the termite only came around once to bug us.
