We have stayed at ASMu 3 times in the past year. We were just there for a shortened stay the beginning of May. We had to leave early due to a family illness at home. Today I received a post card from ASMu with a PIN to take a survey. It was an EXTENSIVE survey. It took about 45 minutes to complete. There were MANY written responses in addition to the multiple answer questions. Has anyone ever received a request like this before? I haven't in all my trips. I have received emails in the past few years from WDW in regard to service etc, never through the mail with a pin.

They asked many questions on service/if you would refer/rating eimployees, food, atmosphere, whether or not you had a magical experience there, busses and service, cleanliness in detail. In fact ALL the questoins required much detail. The only other than excellenst was for bus service. I stated that a few times the wait was greater than 25 minutes and that wouldn't be so bad if there were some type of cover from the weather. They asked all kinds of questions on visiting agai and number of past visits to wdw in general and specific to ASMu. I said I would surely return sooner if I got another offer that brought me to WDW this trip.(had the 500 giftcard pin one per room) We had one reg. an one preferred room. We both ended up preferred and connecting without ever asking. All I asked for was Jazz for the reg. room. Maybe a great pin will come, who knows!!!

I also mentioned about the CM at MK not mentioning the new AP referral for the 10% off coupon knowing I had an existing AP and my son was purchasing one without our knowledge of the discount due to late mailings of the Monitor. I suggested if they are going to have an offer like this one to make sure the mailing is before the offer starts not afterward. We are in the process of getting the 10% back by mail but it was an ordeal and I probably still wouldn't have it recifed if it weren't for Cheshire Figment's 1st post stating how to get a refund if you weren't visiting again before July 31. All the CMs I had called (in the ticket dept had NO clue of the offer, I found out here when I cam home on May 8)

Who knows but the post card said it came from WDW Business Insights and Inprovement Field Operations. I hope they listen, mine were all basically excellent, except for the bus service (VG). I just would like some type of shelter/awning for the busses and told them of waiting greater than 30 minutes a few times. I just told the truth. Did you have a very long survey like I did? Many many more questions than I listed. Hope WDW listens-I did say to answer their question about what would make us return- that they continue to send out offers like we received. Truthfully our APs expired on May 15 and we weren't going back, but when we got the $500/room giftcard offer we couldn't pass it up. It allowed us to visit many WDW restaurants we otherwise didn't (even on FD) With Tables in Wonderland and $500 better than FD since we didn't have to get desserts, could basically get what we wanted and get a discount on the bill that the gift cards paid for. YOu received the card by only staying 5 nights at rack rate and rack rate at a value isn't that much and of course the 1 day pass (we will upgrade on our next trip to AP)
 
I just received one from GF yesterday. In the past, I have received one from both our trips to WL Aug.07 and Aug.06. I agree they are a bit lengthy.
 

My son, who travelled with us in his own room, just received one in the mail as well today. He is at work so he hasn't completed it yet. I assume it's the same survey, different pin but the same postcard. We shall see.
