Sunkiss Villas - Anyone Familiar?

Hi! My family and I are considering renting a 5 bedroom vacation home in the Davenport Area through Sunkissvillas.com. The place looks absolutly beautiful and at a great price, I am just a little leary because I can't seem to find one independent review on this company. If you are anybody you know has rented from this company any information you could provide would be GREATLY appreciated! Thanks for your help!

Sunkiss is owned by a friend who has homes opposite mine .Mark and his wife are great people so you will have no problem renting one of their homes and maybe you can keep an eye on mine whilst you are there?

Great! Thank you, I have spoke to Mark and he has been absolutly wonderful and more than accomdating. I have been so indesisive, this will be our first time staying off the Disney Resort. His home looks absolutly beautiful and he is so friendly...it seemed almost too good to be true! So what a relief to know that someone is actually familiar! Can you tell me about how long it takes to get to the Magic Kingdom from where the homes are? My sister is staying at the Pop Century Resort and I was just trying to get an idea of the distance between her hotel and the vacation home? Thanks for your help!

From Lake Davenport Estates you have a couple of options to get to MK parking lot so these are the ones I give my guests in no particular order of preference
1.Head N on 27 the E on 192 to the DW turn off follow signs.
2. Sherberth Road
This route is good for accessing AK and Osceola Parkway and I-4 for other parks and the Florida Mall on Orange Blossom Trail.

From 27 head north towards 192 and then east towards Disney.
Between markers 4&5 you will need to move to the left hand lane ready to turn left into Sherberth Road.
Follow the road to the end and turn left at the traffic lights. You are now on Disney property and have access to all the parks by following the signposts.
To return to the house using this route follow the Disney signs for Animal Kingdom Lodge. Where the road for the lodge and the park splits take the left hand lane and at the lights turn left into Sherberth Road.
Follow the road to the end and turn right onto 192 to head home.


3.Head N on 27 to 192 then at Avalon Road lights turn left follow the road until you hit the junction with Hartzog .Follow this road turning right when you see the sign for 429.You will go under the 429 and then onto Disney property via a western entrance.You will come to a set of traffic light at the junction with Buena Vista Drive where the parks are all signposted.Although I am not convinced this route is very much shorter -and certainly if you are going to Animal Kingdom I would use Sherberth Road –there is less traffic.Just be aware that part of Hartzog road is un tarmaced at the moment so if you have a hire car and have a problem you may run into trouble insurance wise so check that.

Very recently there is a road -Westside Bvld -that has opened that means you can avoid the 27 when going to or from Marks home.

When you leave the home turn left at the junction i.e. away from 27 .Follow this raod to the end then turn left.At the end of this road you will meet the junction with 27 and you are opposite Avalon Road you can either turn right here and use Sherberth or go straight across and use the route above.

The journey to the parking lot should take you no more than 10-15 mins we did it in slightly less in early Dec when we were there.

Wow! You know your stuff! Thank I just printed that off, I have a feeling those directions will be my saving grace when I'm trying to get to and from the parks. I'll definately tell Mark you said Hello. Thanks again for everything!
