I personally don't use touring plans as they have you zigzagging back and forth across the park and I don't think the *help* that much during peak season and w/ new FP+ and longer standby lines, I find them all defunct.
With THAT said, ROPE DROP is your new best friend. Be there at rope drop with breakfast in your belly and ready to hit it hard. Use FP+ for late afternoon or evenings. At MK head straight to FL; at AK straight for the safari; At DHS use your FP+ for TSM as that line is insane all of the time so use RD for ToT, RnRC; at Epcot save FP+ for Soarin and use RD for TT.
Take a midday break (trust me on this one) then head back ~4-5pm.
Definitely use EMH mornings!
