I'm struggling to plan out our park days, the other adult in my party doesn't really care what we do so :upsidedow I need to move around park reservations since we decided to do a Halloween party. We have 6 day hopper tickets. We are kind of planning to just go with the flow since we will have a 2.5 year old but are trying to figure out which park to reserve. My so wants to add another park ticket to give us the option of going into a park for a little while but I don't know? We've only been once before as two adults, and only did two parks so I'm not sure how best to plan these days.

We arrive Thursday 9/7 on at 10am and have nothing planned for that evening, probably just hanging out around our resort. I
9/8 (Friday) I have Magic Kingdom planned, it's a party day so will probably just wrap up at 4 or maybe hop earlier?
9/9 (Sat.) we have Animal Kingdom planned
9/10 Party night so we want to do a resort day - originally had hollywood studios which will probably be half day at most for us
9/11 Planning to do Epcot since it usually opens later and want to have the option of a slower morning
9/12 No idea what to do this day? was originally a day for the pool or disney springs or something like that
9/13 Magic Kingdom planned
9/14 Magic Kingdom planned
9/15- switching resorts so were planning a resort day since we're moving to AKL and our kiddo loves animals
9/16 go home

I think your plans sound fine. With a 2-1/2 year old, plans can change so be flexible. I would think September should be a time when park reservations can be easily changed to whatever works for you on any given day. Relax and have fun.

One suggestion might be to switch one of your Magic Kingdom days to another park you think you may want more time in. With how low the wait times will be at the party, it will allow you to fit a lot in. Three days in addition to that might be a lot, although with a 2.5 year old that may be intentional on your part.

Yeah. We weren’t thinking of doing the party when we made our reservations. At that point I was trying to just make sure we had parks to go to and figured we could always hop at 2.

I’m hoping it will be a thing where it will be easier to change things around when we’re there.

I think your plans sounds fine. And really given you have hoppers, it's not a big deal if you decide you want more time in a particular park. You can definitely make that happen since you're there for so long.
