I have stayed in that room, it is very quiet, and not a problem.

Restaurants overhead are not bad because the only time you have a lot of foot traffic is during mealtimes. You will probably hear people up there at breakfast time, but unless you like to sleep in late, it shouldn't be a problem.

We were in 2572 across the hall from 2575. We heard no rest. noise. The only day we had hall noise was on Castaway Cay day and it sounded like a heard of elephants running down to get to the ramp to exit the ship.
We are going to be in cabin 2103 in 3 weeks and can't wait.
