St Pancras shops/facilities

We normally travel Eurostar from Ashford, but will be going from St Pancras this time.

I've had a quick look on the web, but just wanted to ask what is available in the station. We plan on getting there early and buying some sandwiches for lunch on the train. What are the shops like? Are there many after going through passport control etc, or are they all before checking in?

Any other tips?

We go into St Pancras when we go up to London. I dont know about the International bit but the station has a Marks and spencers food and a Costa Coffee. I am sure there is probably more but thats all we have used (both are very nice).

Most of the shops are before checking in, after check-in there's only a WHSmith and a couple of coffee shops...
Before check-in, there are loads! As Mrs_Mickey said, there is an M&S but here's a map from their site:
