Great updates!

Your plans sounds great and you will be spending time with Mary and the girls and Sophia and Joe! You are going to have such a great time!:goodvibes

Don't worry Kat, I'm here!:thumbsup2

Oh Marv, shush. Honestly, why are you causing trouble here when you have your contest results to tally up Mister!:headache: And at least Kathy does regular updates on her thread. You just might learn a thing or two from her.:teacher:

BTW, Kathy looks fabulous and is an extremely sweet, friendly, caring, lovely 39 year old woman . Why would you poke fun at her? She's never done that to you, has she? I know for a fact that she's been an absolute saint on your thread. I think. Well, pretty much.:rolleyes1
I KNOOOWWWW. I feel AWFUL and I'm so ashamed... :guilty: :sad1:

I sure hope you both can find it in your generous hearts full of love to forgive me..... :flower3:

Love your plans !!You do know Christine and I are looking at AKL, Savannah view for our 65th celebration!!!:cloud9::banana:

Happy Birthday Markie !!!:dance3::yay::banana:

Marv, do you need some help over here? It looks like the ladies are picking on you again.

And Kathy add my "Happy Birthday to Markie" wishes as well!

Happy Birthday to your Markie! Your first few days sound great! I was reading Diane's TR (Pinkxray) and, man, I began to seriously doubt my resort choice...AGAIN! :rotfl: Krispy Kreme pulled out of Chicago entirely? I'll never understand that whole expansion...they were everywhere for about six months and then...POOF!...gone. Yet everyone I know loves them. :confused3

Love the sound of EMHs at MK! :goodvibes And CP with some kids sounds great, too!

Happy Birthday to Markie!

Your new plans sound great! *Sigh* I'm starting to get sad about not staying at AKL anymore. I'm starting to think about changing things up again...:rolleyes1

May I add that at OKW I might even get lost on the way back from the bathroom to the bedroom.
Remember they have 1 bedrooms that have two doors into the bathroom! :lmao: :lmao:

Happy Birthday to your son Mark! :flower3:

Love your Disney Days!!! You will LOVE the one bedroom! They are :cloud9:

Did I read Krispy Kreme in your planning somewhere? Oh, I love to inspire people to ...................... eat! :rotfl2: (Hope they still have some after WE leave! :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:)

Yes, you are an inspiration! ;)

Great! I'll look for you and Mark! I can't think of a better place to sit! I'm going to try to get my pre-trip report started this weekend.

Sounds great!

Thank you, Molly. I know who my true friends are.

Happy Birthday to Markie!!! you look great to have a son who's 23!!!:worship::worship:

love your plans to take it easy! we loved staying at AKL, we stayed at Jambo out on the Arusha Aavanna, Zebra trail right across from a watering hole, I loved having my coffee everymorning on the balcony, we had so many animals each morning (my AKL days are still 3 disney updates away, so you'll have to wait popcorn:: to see my favorite animal)

how fun for you to have little one's to "play" with on your trip!!

have a great weekend!!

Thank you for the warm wishes and telling me I look great! :)

I'll be watching for your AKL updates.

Hope you have a great weekend too.

Happy Birthday Markie!!

And Kathy, you look Marvelous!! Could it be that as Markie has aged, the years has come off you?? :goodvibes

And, like others, forgot you were staying in a one bedroom! Awesome! AKL is on my list to stay at one day. Nice that you plan on taking it easy and really enjoy the resort.

Krispy Crème, so good, but so bad, KWIM?? We had one along 81 in NY on the way to my Mom’s, we like to stop so the kids could watch the donuts travel the conveyor belt. And of course, pick up a dozen.

Everything sounds wonderful, nice that it is working out for your DISmeets and the time with Mary and the family.

Janet

Just hung up with Mark and he had a great birthday (I'm surprised that kid doesn't make me look older than I am ).

I love going in and getting a dozen and a free one to eat right then and there.

I think I am all caught up again!

Happy Birthday 23rd to Markie!!

I have never been to a Krispy Kreme donut store, but we use to go to a church service in a movie theater that served Krispy Kreme donuts and Star Bucks Coffee!!! Glazed cream filled is my favorite kind of Krispy Kreme! What is yours?

I don't know if you know twirlergirl or not, but she stayed at Kidani village recently and was impressed at how large their 1 br suite was!

We love Mara! Have you eaten there before? You've probably had these before at Boma, but their chicken corn chowder and the butternut squash soup is really good!! Grumpy likes the African stew. Anakin loves their pizza flat breads. Some day I hope to be brave enough to try their Falafel pita and get couscous instead of french fries, lol. Their sundried tomato humus is good too.

I hope you enjoy Earl as much as we do! I'm sitting here now eating my left over half of tuna melt. It's just as good cold out of the refrig as it was served warm!! They had my favorite Wisonsin Chedder Soup last night!! That's the 2nd time now, I've hit it right. It might be their Thursday soup?

If you are a fan of sweet tea, don't forget that Columbia Harbour House has it!! I tend to forget this and end up with soda that I don't really care for!

I am hooked on the green beans at Cosmic Rays. As a side it's only $1.89! Silly me ate it as a snack on Wednesday afternoon.

Thanks for all the food suggestions and the birthday wishes for Mark. Nicki just came back from EOS and said it wasn't very good; but we are still going to try it.

Happy Birthday Markie!

Love the plans...you can't go wrong with a little Waffle House

LOVE my Waffle House (scattered, smothered and covered hash browns are calling my name).

Great updates!

Your plans sounds great and you will be spending time with Mary and the girls and Sophia and Joe! You are going to have such a great time!:goodvibes

It will be so good to see all of them again!

I KNOOOWWWW. I feel AWFUL and I'm so ashamed... :guilty: :sad1:

I sure hope you both can find it in your generous hearts full of love to forgive me..... :flower3:

I will THINK about it over the long weekend.

Love your plans !!You do know Christine and I are looking at AKL, Savannah view for our 65th celebration!!!

Happy Birthday Markie !!!

Thanks for the birthday wishes, Rosie. I saw that you and Christine are considering AKL for your 65th--I think it would be wonderful.

Marv, do you need some help over here? It looks like the ladies are picking on you again.

And Kathy add my "Happy Birthday to Markie" wishes as well!

Thanks for the birthday wishes for Markie, Glen. And NO we are not picking on Marv; he's picking on me. :sad2:

Thanks for all the food suggestions and the birthday wishes for Mark. Nicki just came back from EOS and said it wasn't very good; but we are still going to try it.

Happy Belated Birthday to Mark!

We just had lunch at EoS today and we loved it! (We tried it for the first time last year.) We've yet to have a bad meal there. Even the kids enjoyed their food. Can't wait to hear what you think of it! :goodvibes

Happy Belated Birthday to Markie!! It seems like lately I'm always a day late... :lmao: well better late than never. :goodvibes That is a beautiful photo of you and Markie together. :)

Yay for adding an extra Disney day!! I totally understand about not having enough days. I still can't get enough of that place! Poor DF, whenever he has a day off I'm always suggesting something on Disney to do. :rotfl: I'm hoping to go mini golfing next week at Winter Summerland because we've never done that one, but we'll have to see what his schedule is going to be. My sister is doing something similar when she comes in August. She's booked her room for 5 nights but will spend the following 2 nights at my place and spend her days at Disney. I don't mind her 'using' me for free accomodations so long as I get to spend some time with my nieces. :goodvibes

Hoping you are enjoying this holiday weekend!

Okay, updated Day 3 plans

Sunday, September 25

Up at 6 a.m. and showered and luggage back in the car I would be up that early too!
Drive to CSR to check in and get Key cards with tickets on them
Go to the Magic Kingdom and stroll along Main Street
Check in at the Crystal Palace for our 9:05 am breakfast with Miss Avery and
Miss Cayley and the rest of their family (we had planned on doing this at
8:05 but couldn't get a ressie that early and it works out better as the little
urchins will need a little sleep in the morning after having arrived from
AZ the day before and swimming with Mr. Mark)
SOunds like a wonderful day...keep trying for that earlier time, you will probably get it

We will stay at the Magic Kingdom until around 1:00
Mark and I will head back to the CSR and hopefully have our room ready and
he will swim while I unpack and then I'll meet him at the pool to share
something to eat at the pool
We will then head back to the Magic Kingdom around 5:30 and stay for
Extra Magic Hours; we'll have dinner either at Cosmic Rays or Columbia
Harbor House

This is a great line up...I hope you guys have a great trip and take tons of pics for us to view when you get to my Island.
