So I rode the train today and TOTALLY redid our entire itinerary. And I've decided that we just don't have enough time on our trip. SO without telling Mark (it will be a surprise), I'm going to add tickets for our departure day and we will go the Magic Kingdom after our Kona breakfast and then won't start the drive to Marco Island until late afternoon (3 or 4 p.m.).

I'll post the "new" Day 1 either later this afternoon or tonight when I get home.

Kathy what is that date? I think we will be in MK that day.

Ugh, my DIS time is limited lately!:headache: We're in the final haul for homeschooling right now, I want to finish this year strong! But goodness, I am looking forward to the summer.:thumbsup2:thumbsup2

:woohoo: More time at Disney = a perfect plan! Really, can you ever have enough time there anyway? Nope. How fun Kathy! We love wrapping up our trip with a final MK day too. I hope you love Kona, it's truly one my favorite breakfast spots. What are you planning to order?? Not that hideous tonga toast thing I hope! DH loves it but I think it tastes much too sweet for me. I know, sacrilege, right?

Looking forward to the revamped Day 1 update! Have a great Friday Kat! Enjoy your Memorial Day too!

Just stopping by to Hi  and saw your plan changes. More Disney is always good! And I always like to see MK on the last day of my trip. I like to see the castle on more time before I have to leave.

:cool1: yay for an extra day!!!

happy to hear you all got missed with the storms!

Yay!

More time in Disney is always better in my book. :thumbsup2

I'm with you, Kat.

Nothing beats more Disney time!! WOOT WOOT!!! Sounds like a great plan to me!

Now, I just have to keep it a surprise from Mark.

It's the 29th.

:woohoo: More Disney time!!!

I will probably order just pancakes or something. I don't like Macademia nuts (well, I don't like nuts at all...no, Marv, I'm not talking about you!); Mark will go with the Big Kahuna!

Thanks, Janet. Yes, MK is usually our last park and it wasn't with the current plans and part of why I changed them. :rotfl:

Thanks; we've been fortunate, but it is freezing her today -- 54, but feels like 44 and windier than I don't know what.

Redid the whole thing???:scared1::scared1: I hope hanging out with us still made the cut!!! Hurray for more time at the MK!!! I am ready to see the new Day 1 though I am not affected until Day 2.....

Nothing for you to be scared about. NONE of our time together has been altered at all (we're worried you'll get sick of us though).

Hi, Brook; I thought I'd lost you. (:

Cookie is doing fine; she is in no pain and is eating good. We take it one day at a time.

I love the DIS (most of the time) too! I've met great people here.

Poor Mary may be tired of us by the time we are done -- two meals together, swimming twice, MNSSHP, etc. :rotfl::rotfl:

Nope, I'm not lost! :goodvibes I'm REALLY trying to get caught up before I leave. I don't think it's going to fully happen, but at least stay close to being caught up on some of the TRs! I'm still behind on many.

I don't think it's possible that Mary and crew could get tired of you guys!

More time at Disney is definitely a good thing. I used that fuzzy Disney math to get 2 1/2 days at the beginning of our family trip and 1 1/2 days at the end of it added on as solo time. Danny thinks I'll be sick of it after almost 2 weeks there!! :lmao:

I love having an extra day.
