SSR 50 Point Add On ?

We own @ SSR and are considering a 50 point add on through Disney. I know you need to add on 50 points in order to get Disney financing. Plus currently there are no closing costs. Are you still required to put down a deposit or can you finance the entire $ 5,600?

We just added on last week. 50 points at SSR. We had to put down $560 and they give you a $650 developer credit. What ever that is. But gald to get the "free" money/ discount.

You have to put down a deposit, if financing you will also have to get things notarized etc.
