Splitsville ADR?

Friend is joining me next weekend (9/20-9/22) to go to Disney and check everything out. On Saturday night, we want to watch some college football. We are going to watch it at splitsville since we're staying at a Disney Springs hotel, it'll just be easier. I have been there before to watch the basketball tournament and just sat at the outdoor bar. Since we're getting there late, it'll probably more crowded.

If we just want to sit at the bar inside, do we still need a reservation? Can we request a place at the bar if it's open even with the reservation? I've never been inside actually unless it's to just walk to the bathroom. Are there tables inside that have good views of all the TVs?

Bars do not have reservations. First come, first serve.

There are multiple tvs around the bar. They will change the channel to your game if you ask. We watch sports in there all the time.

I guess I mean, should I bother getting a res in case there's no spots at the bar (either outside or inside?). And if I do get one, and there are spots at the bar, can we just tell them we'd like to sit there

If you want to make an ADR and then sit at the bar, I dont think it will be an issue. Ive personally never seen the inside full to the point where you would need an ADR even during big games but of course the only way to be 100% assured of a spot is that ADR.
