I recently purchased an add-on at Saratoga Springs. It included a special offer of two one-day park admissions.

Does anyone know if those park admissions can be turned into blizzard beach park admissions?

Also, how long does it take before you receive the park tickets?

Probably, but you may not want to do that. A one day park/one park ticket goes for $67.10 (including tax). A one day admission to a water park is $38.28 If it were me, I'd just pay for the waterpark and either use the 1 day tickets for major park admission or turn them in towards the purchase of a longer MYW ticket. The one day tickets do not expire until used, so you could save them for a future trip.

The AP vouchers come with a purchase of at least 130 SSR points. We did this add on last month. The vouchers don't come with the signing information. It has to be a "done deal" before they send the AP vouchers. From what our guide told us we'll get the AP vouchers when the deed is recorded. Right now our paperwork says it will be recorded June 11.

Congrats on your add-on!

I researched this question a few months ago and was told by several Disney people that you can only trade a theme park ticket in for another theme park ticket, not a water park ticket. Plus, I agree with CarolMN--its value is better used toward theme parks vs water parks.

what if you dont want the park tickets, we are thinking about an add-on but have bought all our tickets . can I ask what the add on rate was if you dont mind, thanks

I think we paid 90 a point. we had to call by a certain date to get that it was in march I believe, but did not buy untill just recently. I think they are 92 now. Save the park tickets and use them towards a future trip they are good for 12/07. if not see if you can sell them to someone you know going and use the money towards the purchaSe. I dont know about not getting them, I think it is a disney incentive not the builders. good luck and let us know what you guys decide. IT worked well for us because we only wanted 50 points and they usually dont let points go for an add on with the litlle number and we did not want to use anyone but disney to buy.

thanks , was thinking about around 50 points ourselves .

We bought the 50 point add-on. We already have AP's for out next trip in August. Then we are banking 2007 points for a very large trip in 2008, so we don't need the one day tickets we are getting. I was hoping we could use them for a water park during our 14 day trip in August. Oh well. Side note, I really like the very large tote bag we received this time! Much better than the back pack we got with our original purchase.

I would double check on whether the one day one park tickets with the promo expire. I just added on with 150 SSR points and when I received my paperwork there was a document I had to sign for my AP's. The document stated that the voucher for the AP's had to be redeemed by December 31, 2007.

I myself didn't think it would be a big deal of when I used the vouchers as I still have days left from past trips, but reading the fine print, I need to use the AP vouchers prior to the date indicated in the fine print.

Just wanted to throw that out to the group so that people closely read the fine print so you don't loose your benefit.

That must be because it's a special promo AP offer. Regular AP vouchers do not expire.

I just finished reading my contract for our 50 pt SSR add on. It said the one day theme park tickets didn't expire for use at WDW, but if using for DL or DCA, must be used by Jun2008. I'm going to email Nick to double check that. If they don't expire for use at WDW, we're in luck! Because we have AP's for our next trip in Aug, but after that we won't be back until Oct.2008. So the would be wasted. Can't have that!

Is this a time sensitive offer? We signed papers on Friday at SSR and nothing was said about any kind of ticket or AP voucher.
Does everyone get an AP voucher?

Was it an add on Mary Lou? If not, then the promotion does not apply.

You are very welcome and...Welcome Home!!!!
