We rebooked our June trip on a ding fare and we now have a credit. How long does that credit last? We're planning our next trip to WDW for Aug 2008. We rebooked with the ding fare in Feb of 2007. Will I be able to use it for next year? I'm assuming that the Aug fares will be out sometime in April 2008.

The credit is good for one year from the date of the original purchase.
I have had luck getting the customer service department at Southwest to extend the credit to a total of 18 months on a couple of occasions.

Recently, I had a definite trip planned which actually was over the 18 months. They issued a paper voucher, and mailed it to my address. I was then able to use that voucher number for credit when I booked my flight.
You need to call the customer service department.
