We just got back. Electric Beach is very close and very good.
It is about a mile and a half north up Highway 93 from Aulani. The Power Plant exhausts cooling water that is a tiny bit warmer than the surrounding ocean. Makes for lots of fish.
It is not for total beginners, but is not difficult at all.
