Snoring spouse!?!

Are wax earplugs different than foamy earplugs? (I guess I just answered my question ) Where do you find them!?! Earplugs only drown out the noise of the fan, and I can still hear the snoring, so I don't even bother.

I think so. The brand I buy are big pieces, so I split one in half and shape and mess with them until they drown out the right amount of noise. Can reuse for quite awhile. DD uses a foam one when in a hotel room with us! DS uses his ipod!

I get mine at Publix, Walmart, Target perhaps, or a drugstore. They are in a rectangle clear box, though I am sure there are many brands.

Yup, we have snoring issues at my house too. My poor hubby snores so loud! I was getting craby, because of lack of sleep. He went to the Dr. and the Dr. told him to use breath right strips. He still snores and he hates to use the strips, so now he sleeps in the guest room 3-4 nights a week. The bad thing is, he snores so loud everyone in the house can hear him. I told him to go to a different Dr. because I'm worried about his sleep quality...as well as mine and my kids! He's got an appointment for next week.

OP, I totally feel for you, it's aweful!!! Hopefully you find a resolution soon. I've heard that the breath right strips do work for a lot of people who try them!
