This spring Im working on Losing weight for the Summer and my July WDW trip. 2 weeks ago i weighed 225.5 lbs. My target weight is between 195-200lbs. I hope to start walking at a Local Metro park next week. I am cutting back on fatty foods and eating the Good kind of food. As well as cutting back on Mcdonalds and Fried Chicken. Eating Rice Grilled Chicken, Salads, Fruits, Veggies and, low carb foods.
