I don't know if I have post this in the right place but, could anyone tell me why six flags are only open at a weekend in September?

But what about tourists who want to visit from overseas?

Over the past 10 years they have realized that there
aren't enough tourists on vacation in September to
justify staying open. It's not fair to tourists on vacation
and it's not fair for the employees.

But the reason is purely economic.
