Just another long day!! I know I talked to both sisters, but I couldn't tell you for sure what they told me their weight was.
I think Sis #2 was 180, and sis #1 was somewhere around 177 or 178...heck, i don't remember! One thing I do know is that i'm at 158!!!!
not really sure how i managed that, but i'm gonna take it!!
ok....so, i hate to say this, but since i lost my original book, i have to go all the way back through my journal to re-log (is that a word?) the weight totals. I will try to do that this week. I know i started out at 165 and now i'm at 158.

water intake- 72 oz
exercise-25 crunches & 15 minutes of arm weights (i'mlogging 20 minutes)
not a good start i know, but mondays are hard around here.
i'm gonna do Denise in the morning....she's easier on my back than Bob.
boy...that just doesn't sound right, does it?
