Kroger grocery delivery and tipping

Do you tip when Kroger delivers a grocery order? Although I read on the website that truck deliveries can't accept tips, does that mean we're not supposed to tip in Florida since there's no store, just a warehouse? Even if we're supposed to tip, I'll wait until after the order's delivered, since although we've ordered, it's not supposed to be delivered yet.

Never tipped Kroger, it's a truck delivery to bell services, I believe. I've never even see a Kroger delivery person.

Is there a place on the online order form to add a tip? If not, I wouldn’t expect to tip. As above, you probably wouldn’t see the driver.

If it's a Kroger Truck and driver they are not allowed to accept tips.
