Signature dining?

Thank you so much! That is so nice of you. I will let my daughters know. My older DD is a college sophomore this year and just started in Hotel, Restaurant, Tourism this year. My younger daughter is a freshman and is hoping to go too. They are going to speak to their advisers about it this year. If they do have questions - should they email you from this site or your facebook page?

Location, location, location.

There are many Signatures at the Monorail line resorts.

If you are staying at Bay Lake, CA Grill is a no-brainer.

Take a look at that menu, if you are steak-n-potato people, it might not be your best choice. But in my opinion, for a special occasion, CA Grill is excellent.

I will add, Victoria & Albert is also special, albeit, without the view of the fireworks....jacket required for gentlemen....

On the other end of the spectrum, Ohana has fireworks with all-you-can-eat brought to you on skewers....and a floor show as well.

While not my favorite Signature, Citrico's is a lovely choice with food that is a bit more straight forward. The shops and music in Grand Floridian are simply charming.

For this trip in March we will be staying at Boardwalk Villas. I agree, Ohana is my husband's favorite. Infact, my DH was very upset with me that I did not get us a reservation there on our last trip. I promised him it would be the first reservation I make at every trip from now on! I love looking around the Grand Floridian too. We are planning a dinner at the Grand Floridian Cafe. My daughters enjoyed that restaurant a lot. Only went once and they both want to go back. After much discussion back and forth last night - they have come to the conclusion that the would like to go to the Hoop de Doo instead of a signature restaurant. We have never been to the show before so I guess that is what we will be planning. I call on Monday to make our ressies....

The last two trips we did one show and one signature. We love the shows so much that we are doing hddr and soa shows this time and skipping the signatures. Hddr is my favorite because I love the food and sangria! Have a great trip..

Just celebrated my b-day at Jiko. One of the best meals I've had at WDW. Totally worth the two points! That resort is amazing and the food and atmosphere is great. Be sure to ask for the Mac and Cheese - its not on the menu but worth the little extra to get it.

The chocolate cake was good - very rich so share.
The Cheese plate was actually incredible and felt very special.
