shuttle to Holiday Inn LBV for Dollar pickup?

Has anyone used the shuttle to Holiday Inn LBV to pick up a car from Dollar? I just reserved a convertible (woohoo) for one day of our trip for a day trip to Daytona Beach. My husband will be the driver and will need to pick it up in the morning. I'm wondering how good the shuttle service is and how it was arranging for a pick up. Thanks for any experiences you can share!

We didn't use the shuttle, we just went to DTD to get some shopping done, and DH walked over to the hotel to pick up our car. (it was about a 5 minute walk for DH). Hope your car is cleaner than the one we got, there was garbage, including a banana peel, in the back seat, and only a half a tank of gas.
