I asked my DH to call TA today to ck if documents had arrived. The documents I have been ANXIOUSLY waiting for.
He gets home tonight and say's "oh yeah she got the documents and I was suppost to pick them up on my way home but I forgot and they close in 5 min"
AAARRRGGGHHH!!!!!!
And no they are NOT open on the weekend.
"I'll pick them up sometime next week" he says. Like its no big deal to him.
"Forget it" I say "I will pick them up on Monday".
Its going to drive me crazy all weekend knowing they are just sitting over at the TA's when I COULD be pouring over them.

Monday won't come soon enouph, plus I am going to have to wait to pick them up after work.

something that would happen at my house! I'm so glad you are getting them Monday...we booked thru expedia, so I guess I'll have to patiently wait for them to send them to me(yeah, right)

If you got an upgrade, is it showing up on there?

Yes it shows our upgraded cabin # (upgraded from cat 11 to 9), What deck we are on but it does still show our original Cat 11.
Also shows we have Main dining. I assume that means early dining, since that is what we requested

We are cruising on DVC points (first time using points for a cruise), so we don't have our documents yet.

Has anyone received their documents through the mail yet? I'm not going to worry about it until September. I have heard that DVC Members are sometimes one of the last to get documents (not sure why).

Well it looks like our docs could be coming any day. I always feel a bit 'nervous' until they show up. Then it all seems real!

I work at the local post office, and I have everybody on the lookout for them! (i think I'm driving them all nuts)

I received my documents in yesterday's mail. When I called DCL on Monday, they told me they were mailed out on 8/7....I don't know if all docs for each cruise are mailed at the same time or what.....but everyone else should have theirs soon.....5 weeks from tomorrow......CANT WAIT!!!!!!!

How fun to recieve your docs and get excited for the big day!

Since I am going with CMs, we don't get all the fun stuff/papers you guys do, just the forms to fill out.

Anyways, 5 weeks from yesterday!!!

I want my docs so bad is because I want to see if our upgrades are on them. Also we booked thru expedia, and they said 2-3 weeks before cruise...I guess you can't really call and complain till you are 2 weeks out and still didn't get them. What am I looking for, anyway? Do they come in the regular mail or other courier? A large, not letter size, envelope, I'm assuming? thanks!

In the past (we only cruise once a year, so it has been a year since we have gone), it has come by Fed Ex and it has been a 'packet' of stuff. There are documents you will need to fill out before you get to port.

I don't know if they are sending them regular mail now, or maybe even using UPS. I have been watching for the Fed Ex guy, but so far no luck.

We picked our doc's up from our TA so don't know how delivered but they came in a box type envelope.
About the size of a box of checks, we each had a pack of forms.

We're almost there!!!!!!
