PATEOTW = Party at the End of the World, a Buffett song. :goodvibes :goodvibes

Gino's in Canada is differnt that than Gino's east in Chicago, I don't think they are the same as the Canadian Chain. I love Canada but you can't beat Chicago Pizza.

Blueberry muffins in the oven this AM.

Great song :cool1: and, are you a "chef" - let's see Mango soup the other day, Blueberry muffins in the OVEN this morning. What, do people actually still bake muffins? I have to keep the bakery in business don't I?? :teeth:

Well, six weeks from now it will be us arriving at the terminal. Considering it was almost a year ago that we booked our reservations we have come a long way.

Everyone enjoy the rest of your weekend! I am still struggling with yesterday (dog went to heaven because I left a door open) and the fact that I have to tell DH and DS.

Don't feel :guilty: It was just his/her time! :sad2: :sad2: :sad2: Oh, no, you made me :sad1: I still remember my German Shepherd that past when she was 14.

WOW... finally caught up!! :thumbsup2
I now know WAY too much about big screen tv's... :happytv: thanks ... I'll stick with my little 32" jury rigged Sony. To get the picture it has to be run thru the VCR and audio thru the stereo.. but what the heck... you can't buy a REGULAR TV anymore!! I don't want flat screen or projection or plasma or HDTV.. I want a new REGULAR tv and no one has them!!!!! Okay.. sorry about the venting.

I agree too. I still watch our big ol' box 36" TV mostly upstairs. But, it is great for the BUCS football games and the movies!!

Okay, going away for a few hours...Everyone have a great day! :wizard: I would say to hold back so I won't be up late tonight catching up, but.... :rotfl2: :rotfl: :lmao:

Ok, but, no pics if you follow thru with your threat to "roll" me down the hill back to the boat!

Oh, wait, you'd be too busy laughing to take a steady picture! :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :lmao:

That's what Adrienne and I are for, with the D-100 :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

I am way behind on my posting after being MIA most of yesterday.

Went cake tasting with Bridezilla:bride: and Prince Charming:groom: . I am now very full of wonderful cake!! Felt like the dessert buffet on the cruise. I should have had some Rosa Regale with me!!!!!:drinking1

Should have had you Rosa Regale in our Bubba Cup.

Hi - Kathy

We are going to get new cell phones today. Verizon has that "new every two" thingy... and we're due for an upgrade. New one I saw out is called the LG CHOCOLATE....LOL Gonna have to look really close at that one.....

Guess I'll go in for the camera phone and mp3 thingies too. What the heck.
Anybody have any recommendations??? Since I am not really that phone savvy....

Good morning everyone:

I am trying to narrow down the Palo Brunch for those who want it.

The two days that have pretty much asked for is the 25th and the 26th.

The 25th has the majority of the requests. For that date I need two more people to confirm with DCL and the Palo team -

If two people would like to join that group, Please PM me so that I can send the fax in tomorrow so that I can hear back from them this week. They already know we want it and just waiting to hear back from me with the 14 names and info.

I can get the room numbers from the Roster -

I will still work on the 26th for those of you who want that date.

(Edited to say that the 25th has the majority of requests)

aHEM...

May I politely suggest Costco for your equipment? They run a no cost lifetime replacement policy on equipment. We have always worn out our equipment and it is a pain. We even paid for the phone company replacement and service plans and they charge huge deductibles and sent us bum equipment 75% of the time. Since having switched our equipment purchases to Costco we're begun an existance with peace of mind bliss in regards to cellular equipment issues.

Aside from that = we do Verizon as everyone in our family and business is on Verizon - and they run a no cost service when calling from verizon to verizon feature.

I used to have servie with a Motorola ultra classic through las vegas as they ran an off peak $0.19 plan when roaming... so in California this was the smart angle back 15 years ago. Then I switched to local carriers when they regained the edge. I had C-phone bills running from $500-1000 a month routinely. Then I found NEXTEL with free incoming plans. This was a simple amazing to me as I cut my single phone bill to about $150 in one fell swoop. Now we do Verizon and shifted our primary contacts into verizon - and the cost overall for TWO phones is about $120 or so. What a deal. In fact ... today I am thinking of dropping the land line (retaining the fax line) as we now have steady and reliable coverage at home on the cellular. This will save $1000 a year on the land line. We simply get 98% of our calls on the cell line - and it is a glaringly obvious consideration to drop the wired service.

This all cellular idea still makes me feel slightly NAKED... but several other folks have donoe so already - and it is taking on a "natural" acceptance 'round here. At least - it is for those who have shifted the communications to their s]cellular AND who have reliable service everywhere they haunt.

Hope this helps.

If U save more then $20 with our counsel then plase paypal an extra $0.30 to your kids' education fund for us! :wizard:

OK... I'll shift my ICE CREAM thing to 2PM on the 25th to sort of slot in behind the PALO brunch. This will allow for regular lunch DIS patrons to have a comfortable time for lunch and getting over too. Do you think this will be OK? IN FACT - my meeting place for the ICE CREAM thing is top of deck 10 directly over the ice cream station on 9. This is more or less right outside of Palos'. Imagine that... Brunch at Palo's with a show? :cool1: I bet you could promote that one... and count my spouse and I as additions for the last two - however we have to make Palos' reservations still.

<EDITED IN> OK - I just made Palos' ressies - for the 27th - can you transfer this over tommorow for us all to be together? PLUS... may I confess that I will probably have to sit it out and send my best friend of 23 years to represent our Clan at the brunch as we could not get a Flounders' reef reservation for the 12-2 slot. If we do not snag a slot on embarkation or cancellation at the ship then - by default ONE of us will sit out and dine in steerage while watching over her. PLUS... in spite of my spouses' petite size zero size - she can eat far more then her fair share!

OF COURSE... if I swing something ... like getting her into the regular kids club even though they technically dissallow it (due to age supposedly) then I'll be quite happy to join the crowd! AND ALTERNATIVELY... if I am sitting out to look after our daughter - then I can volunteer to look after maybe one other child for another DIS family that is having the same challenge with getting a Flounders' Reef baby sitting slot. In spite of my ocassionally wierd postings - I am not entirely unstable. Please disregard the tossing the baby over railing photos posted elsewhere!

I'll be sending a PMs now to change my ICE CREAM THING to 2PM and a PM wioth my Palos' Ressie data.

Sent you a PM

Here's a PALO DIS BRUNCH from the last sea day for 12/26/04 via Google... recognize anyone?

WE STILL COULD USE COMPANY on the 26th? Anyone up fer brunch with Bloody Captain Crash (or maybe just his spouse if I can't get a Flounders' slot!)???

I replied ...

So - I am angling for BRUNCH on the 26th... and my ICE CREAM thing is being shifted to 2PM to allow for everyone to attend who has not booked a conflicting spa service... or who otherwise does not have a hot date in the theater. In truth... the kids will compete first and this will probably come off at about 2:10 or so. And the over 15 competition will come off at about 2:20PM more or less. If anything it will run slightly behind schedule - but also - it tends to go pretty quick - except I have modest little surprises in store... very modest ones.

Gail,

So sorry to hear about your dog. It is always hard to lose a beloved pet but when it happens this way.... :guilty: :sad1: :sad1:

Carol

Gail so sorry for the loss. Just resting in between trips with furniture to our son's new home. They have a baby due in November and this is allow them time to fix up the nursery. Mike

Just booked this week and found this board today. We'll be cruising with my youngest (age 11 son), and celebrating his 12th birthday, which occurs right after the cruise. This is his first cruise - and our first Disney cruise - (RCCL and CCL in the past). I'm excited to experience the Disney service and the great itinerary for this cruise.

Looks like I've got access to a lot of information and reading to do to catch up with this clan before we go!
