Sept. 11, 2011 It's never too early to Dream

I told DH today that I started looking at a cruise on the "Dream"..and he was like a kid in a candy shop.

I won't be able to put down my deposit for awhile...because I need to pay off our December trip to Cancun first.

I use to just use my quarterly bonuses but those when bye bye last year..now I have to be responsible and plan ahead...lol... But as long as the price stays pretty close to what it is right now...We will be joining all of you.

Hi Ho Everyone!! David and DW Donna are thinking about booking this with ya'll!!! Ours will be a B2B if we go. We've taken a 3 day cruise on the Wonder. It seemed liked we go on and then turned around and got off. IT WENT THAT FAST!!!!!!!!. We barely got to know our dining waiters on board. And our dining table mates, we saw them the first night and then poof they were gone. Never saw them again. Garsh.......hope they didn't fall over board!!! (We showered and put on that good smelly stuff we got for Christmas the year before too!!! So I know it wasn't us that drove them away!!!)
Is anyone else thinking of doing a B2B on this cruise? Well, hope everyone has a great Easter week-end. Talk to ya'll later.

Thank you Ragdoll for the welcome. That is great to know someone else is planning a b2b too. We are doing the same thing booking this 4 day cruise and staying onboard for the 3 day after. We are 99.99% sure we are going. Just waiting to get some additional information from our TA. The additional info should be coming at any time now.
We just got back from WDW yesterday. We took an additional day off from work to rest up!!!! (Not as in shape as we used to be!!) Went over for our grandson's 4th birthday. Was he ever surprised. We'll be going on a 7 day cruise with him and our daughter's family in 2012 on Disney's other new ship the Fantasy. Looking forward to that too.

And So it Goes and Grows!

Well, It's Official, My TA at this very moment is on the phone with DCL booking our B2B Cruise. So we are doing the 09/08 and 09/11 2011 Cruise. I see so far there is one other B2B family here for these same dates?
Thought I'd be booking this one while on board the Magic this fall, but alas, fears of a price increase finally got to me so I bit the bullet.
Sailing the B2B will be Myself, my DH and our two boys who will then be 14 and 8 years old.

For the Sept 11th cruise we plan on having my mom join us too (it'll be her FIRST cruise EVER), and plan on having it be a surprise for her perhaps this Christmas, or I might wait till her Birthday June of 2011. I'll book her room later as I hope to find another traveller to go with her. I think my boys ONLY interest this cruise will to be riding that Aqua Duckt!

Well it's official for us too!!! I told our TA to go ahead and book us a b2b for Sept 11, 2011 the 4 day and then Sept 15, 2011 the 3 day. Now I better add a count down ticker so I know how many more days we have to go for this great cruise. (Excitment is setting in!!!)

The pictures are great but don't jog my memory. Sometimes I think that there isn't too much memory left to jog, though. That was definitely the cruise we were on. Did you attend the DIS luncheon in Lumiere's? If you did I probably have a picture of you.

Right click and save to your computer, Then print out onto card stock (I laminate mine after), then stick adhesive magnets to the back. STick on your fridge or stateroom door.
Emailing relatives today to find a travel partner for my mom so I can get her room booked by next month.

Hey tjbaggott. the updated version of your door magnet with Mickey looks great. If it is ok with you I too would like to down load it and make a door magnet. I print mine out right on magnet paper I buy at Wal-Mart (Where everybody shops) They are bright and colorful.

Yes all four of us were there..we sat beside a nice lady from Texas... her sister and her young son...who loved to talk to my hubby about football. For the life of me I can't remember her DIS name. So don't feel bad my memory is going too...

Davidls, what what date will be the other part of your back to back? We also are doing a back to back, and are doing the 3 day before this cruise. There is a VERY small chance that once the 2010 dates come out, we may switch this cruise for a 7 night Caribbean one, but then again, I'm certain we won't see prices as low as what we booked this B2B at. I DO so want to sail the dream and want to go in 2011, but not too thrilled about the Bahama's again (been there done that twice). Doing the Caribbean this fall, so maybe I'll really be ready for the Bahama's again by 2011. All in all I'll just be thrilled to be on the Ship at all!

I copied the one you made and tried to make that change but I just couldn't make it look right. I would appreciate it if you could. Or if you would like me to PM you with my home email address so you can send it directly to me, I can do that too, whichever you think is best.
We have done the Bahama's too, but like you we couldn't pass up such great prices. We are planning on going on a 7 day Caribbean cruise on the Disney Fantasy when it comes out in 2012. Hopefully my daughter and grandson will be able to cruise along with DW and I........me.........no it's I...............no,no,no,no,no, it is me...............me or I one of us is going on that cruise with my wife, daughter and grandson!!!! I hadn't heard that about ths Fantasy doing the 3/4 day cruises and the Dream doing the 7 day cruises. I was talking to our TA a couple of weeks ago, and shee said she thought that the Dream was going to keep doing the 3/4 day cruises, taking over for the Wonder. And, the Fantasy was going to do the 7 day cruises, taking over for the Magic. That would free up the Magic to do special cruises. But like you said, I don't care which one does the 7 day cruises..................I'm onboard that ship!!!!
