I started a post back in April ahead of our 10 night trip to Disney World however we cancelled our trip as my darling father was unwell and sadly passed away the day after we were due to travel. I have no regrets cancelling the trip to be with him (although I feel bad as he insisted we went on the trip).
Now, we fly out next week for our bittersweet 10 night trip. We were previously staying at Coco Keys Waterpark Hotel but we're now staying at Pop Century. I mainly chose the hotel as my son (who we were meant to celebrating his 3rd birthday during the previous trip) used to call my Dad Pop Pops.
I'm a little anxious about the disruption with the food court but I understand there are plenty of options for places to eat around the parks and surrounding hotels.
So far this is our plans.
Day 1: Arrive in PM and go for a swim and easy dinner at hotel.
Day 2: Breakfast at Chef Mickey, pool time and shopping for supplies.
Day 3: Hollywood Studio day and dinner at Roundup Rodeo.
Day 4: Typhoon Lagoon and dinner at Disney Springs.
Day 5: Magic Kingdom and dinner at Jungle Skipper Canteen.
Day 6: Epcot and quick eats food.
Day 7: Animal Kingdom and dinner at Rainforest Cafe.
Day 8: Magic Kingdom and dinner at Tony's Town Square.
Day 9: Park of choice for my little one.
Day 10: Animal Kingdom AM then Mall shopping PM.
Day 11: Chill at hotel before afternoon flight home.
I can't wait to share my trip with you all but they'll be a bit of a delay. If you fancy following along with live stories then feel free to find us on Instagram (Explorewithethan2021).
