Beignets Expressed and Delivery at hotel?

I read somewhere that we can order dtd counter service and have it delivered to the lobby of the Disneyland Hotel. Is Beignets Expressed one of the places I can do this with? Does anyone know what places might be open for breakfast that this would apply to? We're going to have to wait in the lobby on arrival morning for our ecvs to be delivered so thought maybe this might be a way to grab breakfast before the parks without losing any more time than we already will.

DLH Coffee House opens at 6 am.
Trader Sams has breakfast and offers food to go. I think they open for breakfast at 8 am

Disneyland isn't always the fastest at updating their website. They list Naples and Tortilla Joes as delivering to the hotels. Tortilla Joes closed over a year ago. The building is now demolished.

According to Plan Disney, you should look for restaurants that participate in DoorDash, GrubHub, Uber Eats, etc. Because of parking fees, it would be costly for those entities to offer delivery within DLR.

I think I remember them doing this when they reopened after pandemic closures. (Maybe because they didn’t have room service?) I don’t think they have offered it for a while.
