SDMT FP+ question

Sorry if this has already been posted/asked, but regardless of what day the FP+'s are released, is it likely they will be released at 12:01am of a certain day, another set time (maybe 6am) or is it totally random, and could be released at 1:27pm in the afternoon?

Is there any benefit for waiting up till midnight every night, or waking up early to check?
