Scooter Delivery SSR

I'm taking my 79 year old mom for a girls only trip in May. She needs a scooter, and we'll probably have one delivered at the resort. When we've done this before, it was always at BWV, and the company just leaves it with bell services where you get your scooter. How does this work at SSR? Has anyone had one delivered? Do you have to go down to bell services and then just ride it back to your room? Or do you wait and have the company deliver it after you arrive and know your room number?
 
Pretty sure that the company has to be a Disney partner to allow them to just leave it. I have never seen them deliver to the rooms so you would have to pick it up at Bell Services.

There’s an area by Bell Services where the delivered ones are parked. We picked it up at Bell Services. You can take it on the bus to get to your section. We were in Springs, so basically, right there.

My aunt was 80 and used it in December, and she was wholly impressed with all the bus drivers and CMs whom she dealt with while using the scooter.

Actually, I found it easier to use an non-featured vendor (that's a vendor that can't leave the scooter, but has to meet you) when we stayed at OKW. SSR might be similar. The company had to meet me, so we chose a time when I knew I'd have a way to get to the main building. Same with drop off-DH was right there to help me to the car and back to our building. When I used a company that left my scooter at Bell Services at Kidani, I remember when I returned it to Bell Services and had to try to walk all the way back to my room, it wasn't too easy. Since we were leaving at 6:00am the next morning, it was cheaper to return it the night before rather than pay for an extra day.
