Saturday - Theme Park Hours Question

Hello Disney World Fanatics. Our family is finally making a trip back to Disney world for a resort staycation after going all in on DCL the last couple of years.
My question pertains to theme park hours. I have noticed for each Saturday night in January that the Magic Kingdom is open until 10 or 11pm. Looking at February and March it’s only open until 9pm. Is it typical for Disney to update the closing time as it gets closer to the next month I.e. February / March ? Or is there some reason January of all
Months gets 11pm closing time ?
I apologize if this is common knowledge as I’ve have basically been hanging out on the Disney Cruise Line board the last couple of years

Yes, MK closing times can get updated. In fact it's most likely in Mid-February through March as schools and colleges have their spring breaks and the crowd levels increase.

It's not uncommon for the hours to adjust the closer you get to travel. It's like they start with placeholder hours and then they start to bump out the closing time as you get closer to travel
