Good Saturday Morning Sassetts and to you to Tootzilla

Julie & Tricia, I was last night about the fireworks. We did no go but could hear all and see one every once in a while. Disney does have us spoiled.

Cole is at her Dad's again this week but Mom is holding food a bit better .

Good morning Judi! Glad to hear your Mom is holding food better.
What is the temperature there now? It has been raining here all morning, but it is 65 degrees. I am still soaking wet from taking Atlas out.

We did end up going to watch the local fireworks and they were pretty good for here, but all I could think about was Disney's and my son even said "Yeah, they can make shapes with theirs!"

I doubt if the will be done until tomorrow!! And that is if it goes well! I got a front loader last year and it almost makes fun!!

I really need to go through all the garbage (mail, etc) on our kitchen table. I wish I could find a way to keep it empty for at least a week or two! Everyone comes in and whatever is in their hand goes on the table. I have to shift things just so we can eat! Does anyone else have that problem????

At my house, we call that flat surface syndrome......almost every flat surface in my house is a catch all for carp If you find a cure please let me know.

We watched fireworks on TV...and while we were out popping some of our own fireworks we could see a few in the sky. They must have been having a show at the highschool. Joey was so excited about the fireworks this year. He started to throw a fit because I wouldn't let him light black cats, but I distracted him with the little poppers that all you have to do is throw them to the ground. He thought he was hot stuff after that

Hi Sassies!!!!

I finally got a picture of Atlas's tattoo. It is a little blurry because he is shy. And the numbers themselves aren't important so much of those are cropped off. That is a heart with a "J" in it!!!! My cousin's wife does the tattooing at our vet and she did that for me! He his mommy!!

Hi Sassys! We had a wicked storm come through last Wednesday evening and lost power until Saturday. Even though we have a generator the internet was down so I couldn't DIS. The town I consider our town looks like a warzone. They told people to stay off the streets and everything was closed. The damage was as bad as a tornado, except much more wide spread. We were lucky to only lose power, I've seen lots of homes with trees through them.

Hope everyone had a great 4th! We were supposed to be camping, but with the power outage we had to stay home to make sure the generator stayed running. We did end up going yesterday for one night, better than nothing!

Judi, I'm sorry about mom. Hospice is wonderful, they were so helpful to my grandma when my grandpa was sick. They also did a little for my mom way back when. I'm praying for you and your family daily.
