Room only discounts - minimum stay required?

We are taking my DD on a cruise (not Disney) for her HS graduation next May. She wants to spend a couple of days at WDW after the cruise (Friday and Saturday). Is there a minimum stay required for room only discounts?

We have one night r/o this coming Jan 1 at AKL with AP discount, so unless it depends on the type of discount it sure worked for us!

Friday and Saturday nights are often excluded from room-only discounts, at least at the values and mods.
