I can believe in 2 weeks we will be getting ready to get on that big boat!!!! Greg just said, "what, the ship doesn't leave until 5? WHY do we have to be at the terminal by 11?" He then of course winked at me -- he THINKS he's sooooo FUNNY!!!!!!!!!

His parents are coming to Port Canaveral (from West Palm Beach) on Friday night to have dinner with us. They are then spending the night at the Radisson and will help drive us to the terminal. Haven't been but has anyone been to the Grill to eat? I did visit their website and printed out a coupon. It looks like our kinda place -- casual and on the water! Guess I'd better make their hotel reservation!

Took Penny's (my dad's wife) gown to be hemmed and taken up (a little bit) and it was $50!!!! Should have just bought my own! I HATE the idea of spending that much money and then having to give the dress back!!!! Kinda like the guys renting a tux I guess. Thought I'd hurt her feelings if I didn't do it though, she is so excited about me wearing it.

Wish I was going to a bon voyage party tonight instead of spending it at the church (quick get the party started visit) before heading to the hockey rink. Have a drink --or two, but not more -- for me please! and HAVE FUN!!!!

Do we have the numbers (and gender) of the kids yet?

Good morning....this is our party day!

It is getting close to time to leave. Barb leaves next Thursday and I leave a week from tomorrow..... A week in Disneyworld and then all aboard!

Are there any scrap bookers out there? I found out on another chat site that they have a scrap book store......you can buy supplies at the 2r's in downtown Disney. She said they have cast members teaching beginners and advance and that they also have a table you can write cards to send home and they stamp Tinker Bell on them. I trust this is true infro but will find out when we get there. She also said you can buy stickers all over the place. Guess where my money is going!

I love scrapbooking. I have a Disney Dudette scrapbook with our trips to WDW & DCL! I have tons of supplies, picked up some more cruise and Mickey stickers in preparation for the upcoming cruise pictures.

Have to get ready for this wedding. UGH! 1 1/2 hour drive to the ceremony then 2 hours to kill until the reception. Think of me at the bon voyage party.

Oh oh! Don't tell Dudette # 2 but I can't find one of our matching shirts! So much to do so little time left!

Diana, I also have to get a gown altered but $50???? I only paid $25 for the gown.

I am headed out to get my hair cut. Got all the last minute stuff before the cruise. Nails, hair etc...

Woo Hoo tonight is the big wing ding! Bob Jaymee and I were in Denver last night too. Jaymee will be heading to college next year and wants to attend ORU there was a seminar on how to get her in. Glad to hear Bahama Breeze in by Park Meadows. I thought it was but when I pulled a map up on the computer yesterday it didn't look anywhere near Park Meadows. I have gone to that mall many times.

Barb, THERE IS NOT AN EXIT off of C470 for Yosemite. Either go your way to Park Meadows or go Lori's. I was totally wrong that there is an exit. We come from the other direction and thought that for sure there was. SOOOOO SORRY FOR CONFUSING YOU.

I wish I was going to the Bon Voyage Party but two weeks to go. I just can't stand it. I am toooooo excited!

Hi all! I hope everyone has a great day today at whatever they are doing tonight. Garry has the live web cam of the Magic on the other computer! In case you were wondering it is 86' and 13 to 19 mile winds. I can't stand the wait any more! If Denine and Jerry don't get to post tonight, I'll let you know what we find out at dinner. I was waiting to hear them say that they decided to take her on the cruise with them, but I don't think they can until all the papers are filled out completely.

Let's hear it for the bon voyage parties!!!! Dudette: I hope you will have some interesting stories about tonight's wedding!

Back from all day at Turner's school for a Fall Festival. Somehow it doesn't feel like Fall with 90 degress heat and high humidity!!! The only way I can take this heat this time of year is on the Magic!!

Paul and I were talking this morning about feeling so great about the cruise being just 2 weeks away. We then knew that the day will be upon us before we know it and panic will set in to get everything done that we haven't thought about!!!

I'll be checking in and out this evening for those of us not at the party.

We are back from dinner.
First, let me say that Julie & Garry are the nicest people!!!!! Julie told the restaurant about our news. We got there and they asked "are you the couple?" Then, Julie and Garry come in bearing a present of the sweetest outfits and "Baby Boo's" first Halloween costume. I am lucky I didn't burst into tears on the spot. The restaurant brought us a celebratory dessert. We are overwhelmed!!!!!!!
We had a great time and felt like we were on the cruise. The waitstaff was great.
We got the crib set up today and hung up some Pooh lithographs that we got when purchasing a video years ago. I finally got to put them up! The room is so cute!
Friends of ours are letting us have a bunch of their baby stuff. So, we are going there tomorrow to pick it up.
We have it narrowed down to 5 names: Danielle Marie, Victoria Rose, Kaleigh Anne, Danielle Victoria & Laila Catrice. I already know Garry & Julie's vote.
I am listening to the Princess Lullaby CD that we bought yesterday. I really like it!
We just realized that we couldn't take her on the cruise. We don't have a birth certificate for her yet. We probably won't get it until the adoption is finalized at 6 months. We have nothing to prove that we are allowed to have her.
I have to work tomorrow.

Hi All! Just got back from dinner with Denine and Jerry and guess what?...........I SAW THE PICTURES OF THE BABY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What a cutie! She is so adorable! Boy are they one lucky set of parents! I heard the name choices and we gave them our choice out of their list! I won't tell what we picked until Denine and Jerry choose or she puts their list on the board! I told them that she looks like her new daddy. Denine and Jerry are GREAT! We had a super time! I can't wait til the cruise to meet the rest of you! I didn't want dinner to end we were having such a great time! Garry and I have the same kind of humor as Denine and Jerry. I told them I wanted to sneak into their luggage with them on the Oct. 12 cruise! If the cruise is going to be anything like our dinner we had, this ship is gonna be ROCKIN"!!!!!!!!!

Dudettes: you were with us in spirit! We talked about you and we were going to have your pictures with us at dinner, but as Denine said, you couldn't be at the Denver party and wedding and our dinner so we drank (ice tea and pop we were cheap dates)
to you instead!

Well, I let Denine and Garry fill you in on the rest! Had a GREAT time and can't wait til the cruise!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi everybody, just got back from our party. Had a wonderful time. Enjoyed meeting the Mickey 02 family and Mom. The Dudettes were with us by picture. I'll let Lori tell you what she did to them!! Actually, we thought of all of you.

Barb, we take meclizine for motion sickness. It is a bottle of 100 and we paid 4.80. The maker of this bottle is Rugby.

Denine, my vote is Victoria Rose. Glad to hear that Denine, Jerry, Julie and Garry had a nice time tonight. That is not fair that you got to see pictures of the baby before the rest of us!
