Weird how time makes people more reasonable, eh? I've bid on a few but am holding out for a deal. They're all dropping as 2/15 (MFs are due) approaches.

Please elaborate on what you bidding on...

Never mind, I see it's more BCV. I was so holding out hope that I could bust you trying to buy into BWV and sneak it through thinking we wouldn't notice where your loyalties really lie.

I sold my 50pt BLT contract to upgrade in late December. It was sent to Disney Dec. 27th and passed Jan. 5th. Super quick turnaround!

Thank you! We have always loved OKW and considered purchasing once upon a time back in the 90's (ugh...wish we had...although life probably wouldn't have allowed us to get as much use out of it as it will now!). We love many other resorts as well, but are always content at OKW.

Well, never thought I'd own at SSR. I have two contracts at AKV and wanted to add on there but can't stomach paying 30-40% more than I did last year. My plan is to sell my 110 point AKV contract for $110+ per point which, after commissions, should net down my incremental 92 point purchase to just $58/pt . (I bought it for $78/pt just 8 months ago!)

This will become my 'sleep around' contract and I'll keep my other AKV contract to use there exclusively, since the 11 month window is often needed to book at Jambo.
