This is my first contract. The current points will probably expire as they expire on 31 Mar 18. By the time I close, pretty sure I won’t be able to find a renter of those and they are banked from 2016 so I’m pretty sure I can’t even try to find someone to transfer them too. But I knew that going in. The 2018 points I haven’t decided what I’m going to do because we are already going in May. I will likely deploy in 2019, so not sure I want to bank some of the extra ones into 2019 as I’m not sure we will be able to make it next year. So many options! Definitely a first world problem to have!

Weird how time makes people more reasonable, eh? I've bid on a few but am holding out for a deal. They're all dropping as 2/15 (MFs are due) approaches.

I WANT to sell, but I also want to live in my house.

People must be rescinding offers more frequently these days, possibly with the prices going up so quickly. I've noticed a few contracts disappear and then reappear in the listings a week or two later. Those are ones I like to make a "lower but stronger" offer on.

(Is there anywhere else?!)
