Adding on to BCV. They typically don’t take my resort but I’m just anxious to book for 2026!

Gotcha I have an International seller was told they normally dont mess with those and also anxious to book for 2026!

The ROFR monster only likes domestic cheese…..

(as a relative newbie here) why is this? Longer closing times? More paperwork? I'm assuming it must somehow translate to a costlier transaction for Disney if they regularly avoid ROFR'ing international contracts?
