Gotcha I have an International seller was told they normally dont mess with those and also anxious to book for 2026!Good luck! AKV is beautiful.
Adding on to BCV. They typically don’t take my resort but I’m just anxious to book for 2026!

(as a relative newbie here) why is this? Longer closing times? More paperwork? I'm assuming it must somehow translate to a costlier transaction for Disney if they regularly avoid ROFR'ing international contracts? The ROFR monster only likes domestic cheese…..
Im gonna guess it has to do with the FIPRTA tax clause. Just a guess though,(as a relative newbie here) why is this? Longer closing times? More paperwork? I'm assuming it must somehow translate to a costlier transaction for Disney if they regularly avoid ROFR'ing international contracts?
This one is close to what you are asking for.Love this thread for becoming an informed purchaser of what contracts are going for, how long they are taking, and whether ROFR is being exercised. Many thanks to the creators of the tool and those who moderate the thread.
Does anyone know if adding "listing price" as well as "accepted offer price" to the thread has been considered? Not sure if that has come up before and already has known reasons it isn't included. That's one area I am always wondering about as I think about making an offer, since it seems like some resorts go for asking price and others much below. If we could see both prices, that might educate buyers and sellers on these patterns (while recognizing that typical doesn't apply to each unique listing). Does anyone know if this has been suggested or considered in the past?

I would love this feature, not sure if it’s been considered or if there’s a reason it can’t be done,Does anyone know if adding "listing price" as well as "accepted offer price" to the thread has been considered?

I personally would not sell Aulani to buy SSR or OKWE. BLT could have arguments made for doing it but not the other two.Ugh, addon itis. I bought a contract in 20, 21, 22, 23 and I was very strong() in 24. Now I am wondering whether I I buy SSR, OKWE or BLT with the current pricing and sell my AUL $70pp for 90 to offset? It's so stupid I even question this when we likely won't be going to any US parks for another 3.5 years for obvious reasons. Or even better I keep Aulani and buy to join the 1000 point club. Looking forward to seeing Disney Paris and Tokyo next year instead, but no DVC rooms for us there.
If you aren’t going for 3.5 years, I’d just hang tight. No need to make semi permanent decisions now.Ugh, addon itis. I bought a contract in 20, 21, 22, 23 and I was very strong() in 24.
