I’m reading this instead of my ebook. Wild stuff in here. 
It is the same day as my anniversary, I have faith this will all get sorted soon. Maybe they dont want me to go again until my 10 day recission period is up loll. I should boom the grand villa before just to throw them off lollFriday the 13th too….(might be a good luck day too!).

That red flag would be on fire going from 150 to 1000 lolllNo - tell them you're talking to the guide about buying another 1000 points, but not until this gets resolved to your satisfaction. That will throw them off. I know something about these kinds of threats![]()
Maybe it’s a signWell this is really irritating. Quality assurance is now telling me that MS is responsible for the disappearing reservations and MS is telling me that Quality assurance is the one migrating and is responsible for my reservations on hold.
It wasnt completed today and MS advised me not to book anything until I talk to Quality assurance. MS said maybe its them or members administration
I think its Quality assurance and the cm just wanted to get off the phone because its the end of their day. Im pretty upset at this point, it shouldn't be like this. I am paying for this jist like everyone else.
We wanted to go to vdh again this month but im scared to book. I will call them tomorrow and this. Ive been really nice, but I think tomorrow im going to be more firm and say I didnt know I was walking into a mess buying more points and I should have just stuck with the 150 in this case. Ridiculous.

Geez I forgot it was also Polynesian at one point, that seems like so long agoto just give up on direct and go resale! lol
The allure of direct is easy access to points with minimal stress, time, and effort... Seems like they failed you with that here..
In their defense it is a complicated situation - a Polynesian contract that turned into a Disneyland Hotel Contract at 150 that became a Disneyland Hotel contract at 200... BUT...
to me, it seems like if someone is adding points, they should have a way to make it work... It's not like you lowered the number of points you purchased...
It might not be a bad idea to email Bill Dierkson william.c.diercksen@disney.com and see what happens

Its true that 16 extra years is worth a lot to me.
