I heard back from him and got this message, "Yeah, today is 30 days so we should hear back soon." Then a minute later I got this one, not sure what to think about it?

"I checked with Disney and your sale was sent to the final department on 4/18. That is usually a good sign. We should hear back within the week."

Today is 30 days... can they go past that? Are they maybe checking estoppel (I'm probably just dreaming on that one hahaha)? This has been a crazy ride.
Maybe thats a little info on how ROFR works though, multiple departments all get a crack at approving it/ taking it before it is sent back.

Another week?? Oh my goodness. I could be wrong on this, but they have up to 30 days before your closing date to make a decision on ROFR. Someone correct me if I'm wrong...

Nothing from my end. I messaged my broker who just said they're taking 22-28 days right now. Ugh.

My first contract took 9 business days before they took it, and my second just SIX business days to pass ROFR so this is driving me nuts!

Congrats on a great contract at a great price! Probably took this long because somebody was worrying, "Will I get fired for letting this pass, even though it doesn't match a specific buyer?"

YES!!! Congratulations!!! I think all of us who have gone through this process on the edge of the Disney benefit "change" & hung in there should meet up in Disney for a celebration. Lol.
