After much nail biting we can finally say Hallelujah! We received word at 8:30pm that we had finally passed ROFR!

ACK! My AKL contract was sent the same day as yours, 3/24...now I'll be stalking this thread til I hear anything! Good luck on your AKL, that would be a shame to lose them both & not have the chance to be grandfathered in!

Sorry to hear about your BWV taken. Probably one of those where somebody would've been fired for not taking it, such a loaded contract. Best of luck with AKV!

Reading the below, does Disney look at the total price including interest when deciding whether or not to ROFR? I didn't realize that they take into consideration financing. That could bump up a base price considerably.
