When we were heading to TSM that morning, Jim saw One Mans Dream and asked what it was. He mentioned several times that he wouldnt mind going in there so thats where we headed next. I let Jim set the pace because Ive been in there several times. He moved pretty quickly through the displays because hes not much of a reader. I just followed along, occasionally taking pictures.

Love that dog!

Jim offered to break into this case so I could take Pluto home with me but I really didnt want to be banned from Disney for life so I told him he didnt need to do that.

If I had a big enough house, I would so have a Dumbo car hanging from my ceiling.

Since Peter Pan was closed while we were there, I took a picture of the model instead.

Naked Lincoln always freaks me out a bit.

Jim wanted to see the movie at the end and surprisingly Ive never seen it myself. Even though I knew most of the information in the movie it was really interesting and Jim liked it too because he is a bit of a history buff. Walts story is just so fascinating.
When we exited the theater we were right near the Animation building. I was thoroughly enjoying the time out of the hot sun so I suggested an animation class to Jim. He was game so we headed in. I think we must have just missed the 3:00 pm class because we sat for a while on the comfy benches outside of the class. I didnt mind, it felt good to slow down and relax in the air conditioning. Jim did check out all the meet and greets in the building but decided he wasnt interested in meeting any of the characters. He thought Wreck It Ralph was just OK and I dont think hes seen the Incredibles.
We ended up in the first row of desks which I like because you can see really well. The artist started asking people which characters they had drawn. When he got to Pluto, no one raised their hand and I got really excited. But then one lady in the back raised her hand at the last minute and he moved onto other characters. Talk about a letdown. Maybe someday Ill get to draw Pluto. We ended up drawing Bolt, another dog Im fond of so it all worked out. So heres my drawing. Im happy with it except for the eyes being different sizes.

And heres Jims. He didnt do too badly for his first time.

After the class it was almost time for our next FP+ which was at 4:20 pm for TSM. We slowly made our way there via the stores along the way and got in the FP line right at our time. So how did we do this time? Jim blew me out of the water.

He even got best in vehicle.

While he would have beat me no matter what with his score, my highest is 160 something, I was having a horrible time with my gun. It was only firing every other shot for most of the games and then it completely quit halfway through the last game. Of course Jim said I was just making excuses but it really wasnt working. I was so bummed because I knew that would be the last TSM ride for the week.
When we were sitting waiting for the drawing class, I had checked the times guide and noticed that there was a Jedi Training Academy at 4:40 pm. Jim loves Star Wars so I figured he would enjoy watching it. I had caught bits and pieces in the past while walking by but had never watched the whole thing.
We made it there a minute or so after it started. Basically, a Jedi Master teaches the kids a simple light saber routine and then calls them up one at a time to test them on the moves. As he starts the test, hes interrupted by Darth Vader who ends up fighting each of the kids.
Here he is teaching the kids.

Uh oh, here comes trouble.

I must have gotten bored at one point watching the kids do the same thing over and over and took this picture.

The show was very cute. The kids really made it interesting because you had no idea how each one would do. Some of them were able to follow the instructions and others not so much. Jim loved it and was mad that he was too old to participate in the show. He wanted to go back and look around the Star Wars store some more but it was time for our dinner ADR so I told him we could go back after.
We headed out and around the lake to check in for our dinner reservation.
