Well, today started off as most days do.. I fight the alarm as long as I can and then I rise. Since yesterday I was unable to fulfill my full day of WDW, I decided to go back to the park where I have the most success in finding characters.. MGM. So off I went.
I left the house at around 9:30 am. I had to make a quick stop at Eckerd's to drop off 5 disposable cameras to get developed (the pics that I deem suitable will be scanned and posted on my site at a later date). 1 hour, $40, and 1 6" Subway Honey Mustard Melt later I was on my way to MGM.

I decided to go to Hollywood and Vine, since I've always enjoyed going there for lunch, so I called and got a 12pm PS.

I arrived at MGM at around 11:20 and w/ 40 minutes to kill, I decided to go take pictures. Jessie was the only character I was really looking for, and there she was, in the front of MGM beside Sid Cahuengas. I snagged 2 pictures of that.

I checked in at H&V at 11:45 and was quickly seated. The place was DEAD and you could really tell that the characters were enjoying it. I quickly proceeded to photograph them.

After getting my pictures done, I proceeded to the buffet. I filled my plates w/ the Flank Steak and Citrus Chicken Breast. I love them both. For dessert I opted to get a Mickey Bar back by the front of the park.

This is where things get interesting. Upon getting my Mickey Bar, a friend of mine who's a character greeter, informs me that Roger Rabbit will be appearing by Sid's at 2pm. I was ecstatic.

It was still only 1pm though, so I decided to go to the Animation courtyard and get some more pictures of the Atlantis team. I found Milo and Kida and quickly photographed them.

While walking back to the front of the park to get Roger, I decided to walk the perimeter and see who I could find. By the Backlot Tour exit, I found Goofy at the Prop Stop. I got a shot of him. And then by the ABC Soundstage I see Clopin again (see my first trip report). I got a shot of him, since he's sooooooo photogenic and just loves the camera.

Finally, it's 1:45 and I'm back at the front of the park. I decided since this may be the only time I'll se Roger for a LONG while, I should get him to autograph something. And not just anything. I enter Sid Cahuenga's and what do I find??? An 8 by 10 glossy promo shot from "Who Framed Roger Rabbit." I quickly purchase it and borrow a blue sharpie from the clerk so I can get it autographed.

Finally, it's 2pm.

Roger is prompt for his adoring fans, and grants me the autograph, plus 4 photo ops (and 3 more that I took from Sid's side patio). I was a happy lad.

From there, I quickly proceeded to the tiggercruiser and drove to MK.

I was early for my shift (I started at 4:30, I was there at 3), so I decided to go to toontown and see what strange and random characters I might find. I find the Fairy Godmother, Snow White and the White Rabbit at the Hall of Fame. I photographed them all. I also snagged a shot of Max and Goofy (the perfect father-son duo).

I quickly left and clocked in and began my shift.

That's where this trip report ends, and hopefully there'll be a new one soon.

like always, the pictures taken can be seen at
Rob's Character Clearinghouse. They'll be located in the MGM and MK folders.

Great pictures! Thanks for sharing them. :) You really lucked out getting H&V almost to yourself. Sounds like you had a nice day.
