I've used ridemax before so I'm familiar with it. I just started playing around with it for our Oct. trip and for CA it only had me getting FP for Soarin' and not any others like Screamin', TOT, MM, etc. I ran it a couple times to see if this would change but it didn't. Do they not run FP during Oct. for these rides or is this just a Ridemax glich?(maybe because the Oct. part just became available?)

I set up a scenerio for October 27th and it had me get a FP for Soarin' & Screamin', but not TOT.

I've read somewhere that the FP for TOT is not available at times...just like Big Thunder FPs are not available because the expected wait times are so short.

Maybe Screamin' is the same.

I know that they sometimes don't run FP during offseason on some rides but I thought that since it is a Mon (columbus day) that all the FP would be up and running since I'm sure it'll be more crowded than usual. Guess I'll just have to wait and see!

We were there last September at the end of the month and the TOT fastpass machines were not in use the entire week.
The wait was about 20 minutes every time.

What is Ridemax?? I know about Fastpass, but I do not think they have Ridemax at WDW...and that is the only Disney Park I have been to, since I was about 10 YO..Can you please fill me in??? We are considering a 2008 DL trip and I am trying to get more info. Thanks!

RideMax (www.ridemax.com) is a software program you can buy which will create optimized itineraries for you to minimize waiting in line and walking.

They have versions for DLR and WDW. I have used both.

I just now realized that we are going to be there on Columbus Day as well. Somehow I always plan my vacations around a holiday that I don't realize. I would love to know what it's telling you to do, it's just me and DH, so we are going to try to get as many rides in as possible. Hopefully it won't be too busy that Monday!

Well, I don't really go by the schedule it gives me (since it's off season the lines aren't too bad anyway). We will be at DCA on Monday and it doesn't show too much of a wait on anything. 20-25 min. is the longest and that's at rides like TOT, Screamin' etc. I know Mon. will be busier than normal so that's why we chose to go to DCA then, since the crowds there are usually lighter than DL anyway, and save DL for Tues. and Wed.
