Has anyone sucessfully contacted Ridemax? I ordered their DL version and need to contact them but their phone # tells me to email, and all 3 email addresses I've found come back undeliverable

The software just isn't for me, and I'm pretty PO'd that a software that it seems many are happy with is proving to be so difficult to contact. Next stop, my CC company I guess. Any ideas?

** Update: Just called my CC company, and in addition to the Ridemax charge, there was a $25 charge from another online company at the same time. What the heck?? It was an "online event registration" company which I certainly did not sign up for. Grrr...

So sorry to hear you're not happy with RM - it's my one ultimate WDW & DL tool!!! Mark is a DIS member...you can PM him I belive his user name.RideMaxMark. I'm confident once you get to Mark your problem willbe solved!

Thank you :goodvibes I want to give them the benefit of the doubt considering how many great things I've heard but it just keeps getting weirder...! I'll PM him right now :)

Update: Mark was great and he issued the cancellation right away :goodvibes ... still looking into that other charge but at the very least the CC company can cancel in a couple days. I'm positive Ridemax is a great tool, just not what i personally needed for my upcoming trip. :thumbsup2

That's great to hear! I knew if you got in touch with Mark, he'd fix it... Have a great day.

I also purchased Ride Max recently, i have been playing around with the software and think it is a great idea and i will definitlely use it....BUT!!!

i jusrt checked my credit card statement and they have charged me twice for the service. So i went to the website to contact them, and the contact page doesnt do anything, so i had to hunt around on the net and finally found this site, so hoping to contact Mark to see what is going on???

I will let you know the outcome

Hello. I purchased a 90 day subscription to Ridemax last night. I thought there was an error in the purchase (it said something about it being invalid) but I just checked with my credit card company and Ridemax charged my card. I've gotten no emails and cannot log on. Last night I wrote emails to ridemax using the feedback at ridemax dot com and support at ridemax dot com and on the ridemax facebook page. I have received no response. I'll be at Disneyworld in less than 24 hours and I'd really like to use the service I purchased. But I cannot make contact with Ridemax. Anyone have an idea?

Thanks.

Here's my advice. First, kick yourself for waiting until the last day to plan out your trip (just kidding ;))

Second, forget about Ridemax. Go to touringplans.com. For a $12 subscription, you can access their pre-made touring plans, and crowd calendars, and line wait estimates. And for free, you can make your own personalized touring plans. Alternately, use easywdw.com, which has crowd calendars and lots of park info, but no step-by-step touring plans (but it's all free).

Third, have a great trip. Fourth, after you get back from your trip worry about ridemax and the credit card charge and all that business.

Good luck!
