Boma Reservation Timing

We are going to Blizzard Beach on the Day we have our Boma reservation which is at 6:35 pm. I am thinking we'd leave BB around 3:30-4:00 pm (staying at POP so have direct busing to our resort) and we will most likely use a ride share (UBER or LYFT) to get to AKL for our ADR, but am wondering if that is cutting it too close. Right now I do see 7:50 pm as the next later available time but since we plan to rope drop Epcot the next day I am not sure if that would be too late? Any thoughts?

I think you'll be OK. Give yourself an hour to leave BB, an hour to shower/change, an hour to get to AKL. I think you have lots of wiggle room in there, especially if you are going to Uber to AKL.
