My high school sweet-heart was a life-er in the Air Force. After about 28 years I caught up with him via Classmates.com. We e-mailed & phoned a few times, and he confided to me about all the drugs & weed liberally available - and that he liberally partook of. After a few conversations it came flooding back to me why I never married him.

I like my beer & kungaloosh, but when it comes to drugs - well - let's say I'm rather sheltered. I'm also naive because I thought the ONE place that would be relatively drug free would be the military. I guess I was wrong on that one! Maybe Congress & the Senate are "one toke over the line" and that's why the economy sux.

I can personally tell you that the military is not drug free and certainly wasn't during the Vietnam conflict. As for the Congress, if we tested them most would not pass.

Wow now i can maybe buy a case of beer a month. Thats 52 bucks a month won't even pay for a night at the fort. It won't help me any so they may as well give mine to someone it would help. I would but then i would have to choose. Wonder if i could tell them to keep it and send it to someone that really needs it.
