Resturants open during MNSSHP?

Doing MNSSHP for the first time this mid-October and wondering if all the usual restaurants (counter and sit-down) are open during MNSSHP or just a select few. We would probably be more interested in counter-service. Would appreciate any and all help. THANKS!

I know that Cosmic Rays and Pecos Bills, as well as Casey's Corner are all open on MNSSHP nights. The Galaxy Goodies (or whatever it's called) in Tomorrowland, under the TTA is as well....we have gotten turkey legs and frozen cokes there. Oh! Pinocchio's Village Haus, too...I got a hot dog there once.

The castle, CP and the plaza are open only up until 6:00p. LTT and Tony's will be open during the party.

Only Cosmic Rays is open for the one hour the park is closed then these counter services will be open after 7:00p (from the 2004 list):
