I saw a post before about breakfast option on Friday morning (@ places that don't always do breakfast) but I'm more curious about late nite dining options (say after 10pm). I know more TS places stop taking reservations after 10pm and when we were there in January a lot of QS places were closed at 11:00pm when we realized just how hungry we were...
I *assume* there will be something in place for the late-night-to-6am-crowd, but what?

In my dream scenario, BoG will close at 11pm after all reservation guest are done with their TS meals... Then reopen from 12a-5am as QS again... But I won't get my
Hopes too high for that ;)

Edit: a French onion soup (salty), chocolate cupcake (sweet) & a bottomless diet coke (caffeine!) would probably make my day at 3am :)

I can't really help but thought I would at least post my experience: We have a dinner reservation at 11:10pm at The Plaza. I just booked it last week when I decided on a whim to see if anything was available (IIRC, that was our only restaurant choice that late). However, I just checked online and the hours show dinner until 9pm, so they have not updated the dining website to reflect longer/different hours that night (I even triple checked my ADR email confirm to be sure I have a ressie for 11:10 PM, not AM!). Really curious about how they are working this....

Well that's at least something. I may have to pack granola bars and fruit to be safe :/
