Resort Parking??

We are planning on staying at the BC in 2009 with our two daughters. I wanted to know what is the best way to get from the BC to Chef Mickey's for a charater breakfast? We will have a rental car, but can we leave it at the contempory while we go to MK for the day? If not wat are so other opions for getting to the contempory.

We were in WDW in 11/06. At that time you could not park you car at hotel you are not staying at and go to a park.

I think you maybe be able to take a monorail form EPCOT to the Contemporary and then to the MK.

You could park at the TTC, then take the monorail to your meal. Then when you are done for the day you could head back to the parking lot. They will allow 3 hours for a meal at a resort with a parking pass.

You will unfortunately not be able to leave your car there. You get a two or three hour parking pass for eating at a resort restaurant. You will have a few options though.

You can drive to breakfast and then drive back to the resort, and get on the bus from BC. This will put you right at MK maingate.

You can drive to the ticket and transportation center, park your car and take either the monorail or the boat to MK.

OR you could leave your car at the resort altogether and take a bus to MK and then either walk (5 min) or hop on the resort monorail to get to the hotel. This is probably the option I would choose.

We were at CSR, but we caught the bus from the resort to MK, then took the monrail over to CR. After breakfast, we hopped back on the monorail and went to Epcot for the day. All very simple!

I think from where you will be dropped of if you take the bus to the MK that it would be a lot faster to walk to Chef Mickeys than to walk over to the monorail, wait for a train to show up and then ride to the Contemporary.
